Unfortunately, no refunds can be given on vouchers or gifts. The voucher will be deducted from the initial deposit, or in the case of being larger than the deposit, also from the balance remaining.
When using your gift or voucher, please check the website for availability and then email us at email@example.com with your choice. We will then book you in personally and you will receive an email confirmation. If there is any remaining balance to pay you will receive a separate email with payment details.
