Unfortunately, no refunds can be given on vouchers or gifts. The voucher will be deducted from the initial deposit, or in the case of being larger than the deposit, also from the balance remaining.

We will then book you in personally and you will receive an email confirmation. If there is any remaining balance to pay you will receive a separate email with payment details.
